Since 2004 Gosling Out of School Club, our Playwork trained staff team have been there to support you and your children through this journey of discovery and development.

  • Shaun

    Owner/Manager

    I’m Shaun and I am the Owner/Manager of Goslings Out of School Club and Setting Manager at our Wincle club. I hold a Cert. HE in Playwork from the University of Gloucester. I have three children, 2 sons and 1 daughter, and an extended family which includes 2 step-daughters. The children are now all grown-up except for my youngest daughter who is just 4. She keeps me very busy when I am not at work. When I can I like to find time for motorcycling, both riding and watching, and have even been known to play an occasional round of Golf.

    Gawsworth Setting Manager

    Hi, I’m Caroline and I have been the Setting Manager at our Gawsworth Club since March 2016.
    I have 4 children (all boys) and they keep me very busy when I am not working.
    I enjoy my work with children and find it a very rewarding role. I am qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Playwork and am currently studying a Leadership and Management qualification. I have previously worked in a Before and After School setting and managed my own Club at Whirley Primary School.

    Hollinhey Setting Manager

    Hi. My name is Paula. I have worked for 12 years looking after adults with learning difficulties. I started working for Goslings Out of School Club as a Playworker and I am now Setting Manager at Hollinhey. I have 2 daughters who also attend Hollinhey. I enjoy being out and about doing activities with my daughters and we enjoy going camping

    Playworker

    Hi My Name is Emily

    I've worked at Goslings Hollinhey setting since August 2017
    I also work within Hollinhey School and have done for 9 years doing various different jobs.
    In my spare time I am a keen footballer, currently playing for Leek Town Ladies and have just completed my 20th season, during which I have played for many local teams, including Macclesfield Town. Some highlights include scoring the winning goal in a cup final and getting to the third round of the women's FA Cup.

Our Story

We have been providing high quality childcare to Macclesfield and the surrounding area for the last 14 years.

Holiday Club opened at Gawsworth

2nd Sept

Before and After School Club opened at Gawsworth.

2005

6th June

Before and After School Club opened at Hollinhey.

2010

19th July

Holiday Club relocated to Hollinhey.

2015

7th September

After School Club opened at Wincle.

2017

5th September

Before and After School Club opened at Bollington St John’s
